Fitting two distinct figures — elf and reindeer — into a 3/4" x 3/4" composition while preserving the individual details of antlers, pointed hat, and the reindeer's body required careful mold engineering. Lost-wax casting under centrifugal force at over 1,640 degrees captures both figures in a single pour of solid .925 sterling silver weighing 3.5 grams. Hand-polishing afterward brings the pair to a bright finish that accentuates the antlers and the elf's hat against the reindeer's flank.
