Each piece begins as a hand-sculpted wax model. After the investment mold burns out at 1,350 degrees, molten sterling silver fills the helmet, horns, and face guard at over 1,640 degrees. Progressive hand-finishing — filing, tripoli, rouge, buff — completes every piece individually. The 3D casting gives the helmet genuine depth rather than a flat impression.
