This bead gives the swan its essential line: the long neck arched into that signature curve, plumage glazed bright white over a body about an inch long from breast to tail. Against all that white, the painted bill and eye supply just enough contrast to keep the face expressive.
It is a natural for romance-adjacent projects — bridal-shower bracelets, anniversary gifts, a pendant marking a ballet recital. Pearls and crystal rounds are the obvious partners, but the swan also holds its own among mixed bird beads in a pond-themed strand. The 2-3mm hole accommodates ribbon and cord as well as wire, useful when a design calls for something softer than chain — a christening ribbon, say.
