The flat profile comes from a lost-wax casting process that begins with a hand-sculpted wax original. Centrifugal force pushes molten silver into every vein and edge, and the resulting casting is hand-finished through progressive stages — filing, compound polishing, and a final rouge buff — before enamel is applied by hand and fired permanently into place.
