The charm weighs 2.4 grams and measures 7/8" x 3/4". A centrifugal caster spinning at approximately 50 G's drives molten silver into every crevice of the mold. After cooling, each piece goes through filing, progressive sanding grits, tripoli and rouge compound polishing, and a final buff — eight or more hours of hand-finishing work per batch.
