Each piece starts as a hand-sculpted wax original. The mold is burned away at 1,350 degrees before molten sterling fills the horns, trident, and tail at over 1,640 degrees. Progressive hand-polishing — filing through tripoli, rouge, and final buff — gives the finished devil his characteristic gleam in solid silver.
