Each charm begins as a hand-sculpted wax model cast using centuries-old lost-wax technique — molten sterling forced into every sculpted detail through centrifugal pressure. Individual hand-polishing through filing, sanding, and multiple compound stages follows before the enamel is applied and kiln-fired to a permanent bond.
