Lost-wax casting is the only fabrication method that can render organic, unpredictable flame shapes in three-dimensional metal. The original hand-carved wax captures the movement of fire, and centrifugal casting at over 1,640 degrees freezes that energy into 2.2 grams of solid silver. Hand-finishing preserves the detail throughout.
